TEENWORKS EXPANDS SUMMER PROGRAM TO SOUTH BEND

Indianapolis, IN – March 23, 2026 – TeenWorks, an Indiana non-profit focused on serving vulnerable populations of teens through their work-based learning and professional development opportunities, is thrilled to announce its expansion into the South Bend region this year. This will be their fifth city in Indiana, including Indianapolis, Muncie, Anderson, and Fort Wayne.

This will be their first year for the Summer Program in the northern region of Indiana. They will host teens for interviews in April and kick-off the program with Opening Day on June 17th. The program is a six-week employment program geared at providing job opportunities for underserved teens. TeenWorks provides wages, meals, and transportation for all participants who work exclusively for non-profit partners in the area.

Nick Duvall, President & CEO of TeenWorks, shared the vision and motivation behind opening in South Bend this summer. “The organization is excited to expand into the South Bend area. Being able to provide our programming to even more underresourced young people continues to be our focus. This expansion allows us to provide new opportunities and partnerships in the northern part of Indiana”, said Duvall.
