TeenWorks Uber Program
If you’re interested in signing up for the TeenWorks Uber, please follow the directions:
Click the red button to download the Uber Agreement Form. All forms must be printed and filled out by hand. Digitally signed agreements will not be accepted.
Take a picture of your signed agreement and send it to your Program Manager via email or text.
After we review your signed agreement, you will receive an email from Uber Business to connect your personal account with our business account. Click the link and follow the directions.
If you experience technical difficulties the morning of a Pro PD session, please contact your Program Manager or Jess Ledesma for support.

The TeenWorks Uber for Business program is a FREE ride support program through TeenWorks Pro.
TeenWorks Uber is only available to active Pro Participants who need ride support to attend TeenWorks Pro Professional Development Sessions.

To attend TeenWorks Pro Pd sessions every other month
Unacceptable uses:
TeenWorks Summer interview, hiring, or work days
TeenWorks Pro (optional) social events

Open your Uber app and type in the address(es) to call a ride. Double check the address is correct!
When you’ve gotten to the screen to call a ride, look for the toggle button on the left side of the screen. It will look like a button of a person next to a button of a briefcase. To use TeenWorks as a payment toggle the button to the briefcase

Please check the following items to troubleshoot Uber on your own:
Confirm you sent your Uber agreement to your Program Manager AND connected your personal account to the TeenWorks Business account
Be sure you’re on an adult (non-teen) Uber account
Be sure you’re on your personal/family profile and not the business profile

Your Uber Agreement covers your Uber usage for the current school year (25-26 school year) and ends right before TeenWorks Summer

You regularly call and cancel rides, causing additional fees for TW
You schedule rides ahead of time, causing additional fees for TW
You used the Uber for anything other than TeenWorks PD sessions
Repeated infractions can result in the removal from TeenWorks Uber and/or TeenWorks Pro.
